The leads and HR management are worst, manipulative, and offer no salary increments. Your whole salary will get deducted in the name of bonus. IJP and promotions don't even work here. There are no benefits at all. The quality of the working environment is low, with unprofessional staff and management.
HR will make you believe that you're getting paid more than you work, but the fact is you will get 15k, and some other person will get 50k for the same role, sometimes 70k for a basic content moderator.
All your salary hikes and the promised in-hand salary will get flooded with a single unprofessional lead's decision.
Please change the HR management and put all employees in the same salary line. Don't flaunt your words; just implement them.
