Leadership is a bit shaky. There's a preference for hiring outsiders for leadership positions rather than internal promotion. It's not a problem because it's very good to have someone with some leadership experience to fill the role. However, an outsider doesn't know the processes or the reality of the employees. So, we end up in a vicious cycle of poor quality. I also felt that this preference is due to the company's unwillingness to properly train someone from within for promotion.
When there's an internal selection process for reassignment and a chance for growth, it's a bit flawed and there's a devaluation of the employee.
Rivalry among employees stimulated through bonuses based on numbers that don't reflect real performance.
Like any "good" large company, the more you do – because you are expected to constantly surpass yourself and be proactive and multitasking – the less you are recognized. Bonusing by numbers is a flawed and false method.
Demand for office presence is quite exaggerated and unnecessary.
