Best working environment
I enjoy working here. The culture is great and the colleagues are very helpful. My bosses are good listeners and they take your opinion into consideration. The most important part is they encourage you to grow with the company.
They should have developed only one culture across all of ByteDance, no matter the region you are coming from. They should also allow inter-region transfers, so each ByteDance entity gains experience and benefits the company more.
