Great Opportunity, But There's Some Discrimination
Great company merch and events. Sufficient wellbeing support. Many internal training and growth opportunities.
Some leaders were too discriminative. Like my last leader, she preferred to promote female instead of male employees, although the male employee had more contribution and went the extra mile for the business.
Performance reviews were sometimes too subjective.
Leaders and HRs were too young in experience, but there was no proper training for them. They tended to avoid conflicts in the team.
