Why is everyone at Austin replaceable and not able to advance?
Try to stop the micromanaging.
Eventually, people will run, or in a crisis, they'll get fired because there is no effort in creating an office at Austin.
To put everyone into perspective, I was told in an e-meeting with the team from Dublin that they even felt the senior position should be relocated to Dublin, so I don’t deserve to be accountable for my position. I was literally in shock.
