Corporation sabotaged higher positions at Austin.
All advanced positions are already in Dublin, so Accenture influence is everywhere.
A lot of favoritism.
No work-life balance.
Salaries are negotiable, so you guess how much they offer.
Why is everyone at Austin replaceable and not able to advance?
Try to stop the micromanaging.
Eventually, people will run, or in a crisis, they'll get fired because there is no effort in creating an office at Austin.
To put everyone into perspective, I was told in an e-meeting with the team from Dublin that they even felt the senior position should be relocated to Dublin, so I don’t deserve to be accountable for my position. I was literally in shock.
