Reviews here underplay the Chinese grind structure. You will be expected to complete projects that take 3 weeks in 1. You will find very few employees that make it past even the 2-year mark there because of the grind culture. I had a very talented tech lead that straight up left.
Let me tell you now: You won't vest the majority of your stocks. Also, the majority of employees don't make a bonus. This is by design.
