There is excellent compensation and office facilities, especially the fitness center and cafeteria. There are some very smart and talented coworkers.
It was a hugely stressful work environment that borders on Kafkaesque. My mental health was in the gutter before the first year was even up.
The sub-team I was on was heavily micromanaged. The targets were unclear, the documentation was abysmal, and the code quality was generally poor, so any progress was slow and stressful. Management seems not to really care about team morale or giving you the direction and support you need to actually reach the targets they set. I was eventually given a severance package, which I took without hesitation.
I did the interview on batch day. However, I only made it to the 2nd round of technical interviews and did not manage to make it to the 3rd round. If I pass, the final round is HR.
