Compensation is quite good compared to other companies in Singapore.
You need to know Chinese; meetings and documents are all in Chinese. I have no idea why they are hiring non-Chinese speakers. It's just setting them up for failure.
You need to overwork. Chinese colleagues will work 996 and will be available all the time, so you are expected to do the same.
Don't hire non-Chinese speakers or try to be an English-first company.
Consider employee well-being; 996 is not sustainable.
