Top-tier benefits, but management culture struggles in US
Compensation and benefits are top-tier. There are 17 days of PTO, 10 days of sick leave, and Wellhub. The company used to have IRW allowing employees to work remotely for 20 work days, but that will not be the case anymore starting from 2027.
They moved a bunch of management-level people from China, and they don't fit the culture here in the US. Most of them are unable to speak business English properly and lean toward the China-based team. The US team got deprioritized for no reason.
