The interview process consisted of: * Two phone screens * One system design interview * A typical team matching process Engineers were friendly and supportive throughout the interview. I was surprised there was no on-site interview.

Not bad. The interviewer was polite and provided good prompts. It was a good experience, and the questions asked were usual LeetCode style. This is a good opportunity to grind and get everything correct.
