Pay was satisfactory.
Advertised culture and values look good.
Work overtime daily. Work on Sunday every 2 weeks. Almost no personal life.
Actual culture and values differ far from those boasted in most teams. There is no engineer culture; it is purely product-oriented.
Hard to get promoted. No annual salary raise.
Management is in chaos. Goals change a lot (except for core teams).
