Pros

Flat hierarchy, decent compensation, and great benefits (insurance coverage, 18 days of leave to start out, and a goodie bag for every festive occasion).

Cons

A large number of their staff is based in China, and most of them are more comfortable speaking in Mandarin. Even documentation is in Chinese. Expect communication issues if you are on a global team but are not a Mandarin speaker.

Working hours can be long. From what I hear, salary adjustments are minimal, so what you get now might be what you get for the next few years.
