- Decent insurance and benefits.
- Relatively high bonus (25%+).
- There is a lot of internal competition between teams.
- Managers are clueless and give useless directions.
- There is a bunch of yes-men in middle management pushing all responsibility to ICs.
- You need to justify your worth by finding problems that don't exist and try to solve them.
- There are incompetent colleagues who got in through cronyism.
Stop being so shortsighted.
