- Food is okay.
- People are okay, though most of them speak Chinese.
- Management is okay; there are both top-down and bottom-up opportunities.
Work time is very bad. Although the hour is not lengthy, there is an implicit need to work at night. So, there are proper alignments and sync-ups with the Chinese team.
