If you end up on a good team with good management, you will enjoy a lot of freedom and flexibility in your work.
Very reasonable WLB. The pay is great.
The RTO policy is becoming increasingly strict, but varies per team. Rumor has it that some teams are overworked. I have not personally experienced this.
Consider supporting remote or more flexible options.
