Fast-paced, challenging work. Work-life balance could be better
It is a pretty fast-paced environment. While that can also sporadically be a con, it is a pro. The work here is challenging and inspires you to learn more. Overall, a decent engineering culture.
Work-life balance can be and should be improved. In terms of diversity, there really isn't any.
