There are very long hours, and work-life balance is negligible or not a priority. Being bilingual is important.

First round: Coding round (around LeetCode easy to medium level). Second round: Face-to-face technical interview with the Tech Lead, live coding. Third: Did not make it past the second round.

The interviewer did not speak English well, which might be a concern. Additionally, no hints were provided when we got stuck. The interviewer was also sometimes unfriendly. The recruiter, however, was good and helpful.
