The work is very fast-paced and stressful. We are working 12 hours a day and working weekends. Working in this environment can be very stress-resistant. Everyone works; some of us do not like it.

Interviews started 10 minutes late. Half of the time was spent discussing my background. I had to solve a difficult question in 20 minutes. I was able to solve it partially but missed the corner cases.
