Toxic workplace culture. You will not be treated like a human here, even after working overtime. Replying to messages outside of work hours (including weekends or after 9 PM) is glorified here.
Also, prepare to be terribly discriminated against if you can't speak Chinese. Managers will purposely conduct meetings in Chinese, even if they know your Chinese is not very good.
