Process

The process started with a hiring manager call.

After that, I completed a written assignment.

Following the assignment, three follow-up rounds were scheduled.

Two of these rounds occurred on the same day, with the third scheduled for the following day.

The two initial interviews were primarily behavioral, along with the written assignment.

I attended the third interview call on time.

After waiting for five minutes, I sent an email to the interviewer to let them know I was waiting.

Within ten minutes of the scheduled start time, I received an automated email stating the interview was canceled and that I had been rejected.

They clearly do not value a candidate's time.

Imagine if a candidate did that to a company.

I'm glad I didn't get the job. I probably would have been miserable and left after a year.
