Process
The interview process included:
- A coding interview (4 questions, 2 hours)
- An onsite (3 interviews, 45 minutes each)
- A video call with the VP
- A video call with the CPO, where they gave me the offer.
It was the best interview process ever. Another company, run by a certain drone-loving Bezos, had a much less professional hiring process. C3 is so much better.
Questions
There were no difficult or unexpected questions. The coding questions were quite hard if you don't know Bash commands or are not proficient with SQL. If you are well-suited for the Data Engineer role, the questions will be a breeze.
