Pros: No one really has an ego here. Everyone is welcoming and willing to help others at a moment's notice.
Even as an intern, you get to contribute to really impactful projects that directly impact the company's product and clients' success.
Good pay for an internship and free catered lunches and snacks.
You get to work alongside some really smart people.
There's plenty of work to do so you're never sitting around waiting for an assignment.
Cons: - There is a steep learning curve when getting used to C3's codebase and frameworks.
They have a training program and online video lectures to help, but even with those resources, there's just a lot to learn that can seem daunting to new employees.
