The interview process consisted of:

• 4 rounds of interviews
• 1 round of online coding

The last 3 rounds of interviews were rescheduled thrice and delayed 3 times, once at the last minute.

The last interviewer failed to show up, wasting 45 minutes with no prior notification. The interviewer before that (2nd to last) also failed to show up. I had to contact HR, only for them to inform me that the interview had been rescheduled 15 minutes after it was set to start.

After completely failing to show up for my last round of interviews, HR did not communicate or offer any apology or acknowledgment of the situation, despite me initiating conversations both times to ask where my interviewer was. I was courteous and professional during all email exchanges.

Finally, I received only an automated rejection letter, with no email explaining why I was ghosted twice, rescheduled 3 times, and delayed for over a month.

I don't mind being rejected. It's alright; not all roles are a fit for everyone. However, being stood up and treated as if my time is not valuable is just wrong.
