Pros: Since the first day I got here, everyone has been so friendly and helpful. C3 has a great team culture that prioritizes helping others. Even senior developers are always happy to help anyone who needs their expertise. I was wary after reading other reviews here that it would be an overly-hardworking environment with workaholics and pressure to stay late, but so far that hasn't been the case. Most people leave on time. Vacation time is respected in all respects. Competitive compensation. Extremely friendly coworkers. Interesting projects. Good perks (free lunch, gym, quarterly outings). Overall, I've been impressed. Most people I know who have been "disappointed" by C3 seem to compare it to some of the best companies out there when looking for deficiencies.

Cons: If you want to work from home, don't work here. Then again, the in-office policy leads to huge amounts of collaboration and synchronization between teammates.

Pros: Interesting and challenging work, and colleagues are great. Lunch is amazing.

Cons: Company strategy could change drastically, and it could be hard to focus.
