Process

  • Postulated via their webpage and received a positive response after several days.

  • The HHRR manager contacted me and conducted a first interview, explaining the process. They also asked several behavioral questions and administered an English test (I'm from Mexico).

  • Three interviews were scheduled for one day, with a total duration of almost three hours. The first two interviews were technical (Coderbyte programming problems, with two problems each), and the last one was a theoretical interview with one of the Project Managers from the QA Automation area.

  • A final interview took place three days later with another Project Manager, focusing on personal questions about my interest in the job application.

  • At that time, meetings were scheduled between current managers and the last Project Manager who interviewed me for reference checks (this seemed odd to me).
