A manager from C3 AI reached out to me through LinkedIn.

Round 1: With the manager, a 30-minute session covering basic questions like projects, strengths, weaknesses, and about the work.

Round 2, 3, and 4: Coding and System Design rounds. These included graph-related and dynamic programming questions.

Last Round: With the same manager again, this time focusing more deeply on projects and past experience.

Reference check with at least two references from the previous employer. The manager had a 30-minute video call with both.

The overall process was smooth, and my grace period was about to end. They moved quickly through the process and with paperwork for H1B. The team was pretty cooperative and understanding.

Please ignore any negative experiences. So far, most new joiners have reported a good experience with the process.
