The process began with an initial introductory call. Afterward, the technical interview was scheduled, for which I was told it would be approximately 1 hour, which is usual. However, I later received an invitation for only 45 minutes, so I understand it's part of their process.
During the interview, the interviewer was 5 minutes late and left the meeting a couple of times due to technical issues. This is relevant because, with 15 minutes remaining, I was barely given an algorithms exercise to complete, which, given its complexity, did not allow for sufficient time.
I thought the invitation would be extended, but at the 45-minute mark of the meeting, it ended. I contacted the recruiter who had reached out to me and informed them of the situation to get feedback, but I no longer received a response. I don't know how common this is, but it seemed strange to me.
