Process

Worst interview experience ever. I was first contacted by the recruiter and scheduled a phone interview. The recruiter took a lot of time to schedule the phone interview. Then, I moved to the on-site portion. I was supposed to have three on-site interviews. However, one minute before the first on-site interview, the recruiter emailed me, saying the interviewer was sick and needed to reschedule.

The next two interviews went well. I coded all their questions correctly, including corner cases, explained my solutions well, and answered follow-up questions.

The last interviewer also indicated we would be moving to the next rounds. After this, there was no response from the company. The recruiter neither scheduled the first interview that the interviewer missed nor replied to my emails. They ghosted me.

I am very disappointed with them. Why waste my time and the employees' time? It's better to avoid this company if possible.
