This was an incredibly time-wasting experience!
First, you speak with a recruiter about the position and then get scheduled for a three-round technical on-site. I passed all those and got invited for a behavioral round with two management people. That also went well, then I got a rejection email saying they didn't proceed with me because "what they need at the moment doesn't align with what I've done to date." LOL.
This is such a reverse process. If that was the case, you shouldn't have proceeded with me in the first place. Everything is so backwards.
I would stay away, as the interview process is basically a waste of time, even if you do well.
LeetCode, OOP, method implementations, and standard algorithm questions. Nothing too crazy if you've practiced.
