This was a very lengthy process, and I don't feel it was necessary.
The recruiter seldom responded to emails and messed up my resume format. All interviewers received a resume that was not in PDF format.
Total waste of time and effort.

Pros: Extremely talented workforce; everyone has so much work to do in a very short time.
The working culture is very open and non-hierarchical with an extreme focus on innovation and new feature additions. I have seen some record turnaround times for new features and requirements.
Cons: The C3 product platform is growing in scope, and it brings new challenges in the site reliability space. We work late nights, stay on calls over the weekends, and most of the time, we are happy about it. This is a niche technology company, and you should be open to wearing many hats on a given day.
