It is hard to look at the "pros" sections of many of the reviews on here and not recognize that they are total BS and not at all helpful. I do not believe that all of the negative reviews with 10x more helpful ratings are more accurate so much as they are more honest. Brutally honest reviews or over-the-top positive reviews on just about anything are more common than neutral or trending-positive honest reviews. And let's be honest – who on earth is over-the-top positive about their jobs?

So, let's be honest. C3 AI is not perfect. It has a lot of growing to do in how the company respects and acknowledges the value of its employees, as well as how it supports the personal and career goals of its employees. It has a lot of growing to do in the areas of fairness, favoritism, diversity, work-life balance, burnout, morale, and top-down everything. It has a lot of growing to do in having enough of a workforce so that employees are still busy and working hard but do not have to work long nights every night and work through every-other weekend.

All in all, I would love to see C3 AI be more flexible, open to change for the better, willing to prioritize training and learning as much as it does resumes and skillsets, and humble when it comes to hearing out ideas that do not come from the top.

All of that said, C3 AI is a powerhouse of intelligent, hardworking, and actually remarkably friendly people. We spend every single day working through our failures, solving previously unsolvable problems (too cliché?), and planning for future ways to change the world. We have impact, and that impact is only going to grow.

Along the way, yes, we are asked to work from the office if possible in a time when many want more flexibility regardless of need (yes, it would be neat to see C3 compromise a bit on that front), but in turn, we get to enjoy fantastic lunches, a safe office environment, an on-campus gym and membership, the coolest colleagues, and an occasional happy hour which helps toss in a hint of fun camaraderie after long work-intensive weeks.

Do not listen to the "C3 is perfect!" reviews. It has a lot of growing to do. But it is on its way to greatness thanks to the driven, genius, kind, and committed people keeping the machine running.
