3 things make C3 a unique company:
I have been here for a while and there have been ups and downs, but I have always felt that way about the 3 points above.
C3 requires dedication, which leads to a lot of work and occasional sacrifices you have to make in your personal life (last-minute travels or very long weeks before a release/delivery).
That being said, I have seen it get a lot better as we grow.
Overall, continue what you are doing. I am happy to see pain points disappearing over time. Continue delegating and empowering the existing and emerging leaders at C3.
