The people: I have been at C3.ai for a few years now, and the people I have interacted with have consistently been smart, hard-working, talented, but also friendly and helpful. This is not common.
The ambition of the company and its ability to succeed: C3.ai's mission is to revolutionize the way companies work. I have seen firsthand that it is not easy, but that C3 has the tech, the people, and the leadership to succeed.
Excellent working conditions: Employees work hard, but they are also treated with trust and respect, given opportunities to learn and grow (diversity of projects, generous bonuses for online classes). Salary and benefits (healthcare, gym, etc.) are good.
This is a demanding place. Expect to work until late (especially when you are not in a US office). Expect tasks to be demanding and timelines to be too short. Expect to be asked to go above and beyond.
I would say a 45-50 hour week is the norm.
