I am an experienced engineer, who has worked in a number of other companies before. C3.ai is the first company where I truly enjoy everything, and I can see myself staying here for a long time.
The work I am doing is challenging yet rewarding.
I love being in this collaborative engineering culture. My peers are fantastic and dedicated. I feel trusted and enabled by my managers and have plenty of flexibility to decide how to get my work done. Everyone is gently nudged or pushed to do their best, and I believe that's the only way to grow professionally.
I have seen myself and my team members improving over time, taking up additional responsibilities, and owning a full product line. It's exciting to have that amount of impact and work in a mostly like-minded team.
Other reviews about excellent perks (great office, food, fitness center) are true. It all contributes to an extraordinarily pleasant and creative environment.
I don't consider myself as brainwashed, but I don't have too much to say against C3. I don't recommend it to folks who shy away from difficult problems and hard work.
Keep doing what you are doing. The vast majority of employees are very happy with your approach and decisions.
Interview Process: What began as a fairly standard interview process quickly spiraled into an exhausting, opaque, and ultimately disheartening experience. Here's what I went through: * Hiring Manager Chat – Warm and engaging. Set a hopeful tone.
This might be the worst of the lot out there. Such an unprofessional interview process. They basically dragged it out to 2.5 months for no reason. The hiring manager was quite slow and felt he wasn't invested in the process. The recruiter seriously w
