Great product and potential to be a great company if culture is changed.
Certain members of the senior management team are immature and inexperienced leaders. They don't have the leadership skills and emotional intelligence required to make them successful in their roles, and this is the biggest challenge to C3’s growth. These individuals may be intelligent, but the damage they cause is more than any benefit they bring to the company.
Employee attrition and several lost deals can be traced back to these individuals, as employees and clients perceive them as tactless and egotistical. Their leadership immaturity is displayed in their lack of control over their impulses, stubbornness, shouting at people they disagree with, and showing no professional respect for colleagues.
They promote a culture of fear, submission, and greed rather than respect, growth, and cooperation. Because of this, retention of other senior leaders and talented individuals is a serious issue, as no one wants to work with them.
If you doubt this review, please look at the reviews with the most helpful votes – they are all 1-star reviews, as people are terrified of writing new negative comments, fearing a witch hunt. Or look on LinkedIn and see how many senior employees have lasted more than 18 months in this company.
Do not get defensive and attack people who complain about company culture. A strong HR policy should be put in place for ensuring a respectful work environment if you are serious about scaling the company.

This might be the worst of the lot out there. Such an unprofessional interview process. They basically dragged it out to 2.5 months for no reason. The hiring manager was quite slow and felt he wasn't invested in the process. The recruiter seriously w
