They have excellent benefits and a good training plan. They also have a coexistence plan, which, although it is governed by the laws of the state of California, has been acclimatized to the culture of the region in Guadalajara. It offers opportunities to keep up to date by taking courses or studying a master's.
Even though they are flexible with the schedule, you have to be prepared to adapt your time in order to meet with people on your team/organization that are in other time zones.
If you are not accustomed to being paid every month, and instead you come from a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, it is going to be difficult to adapt and administrate yourself.
