Cons

The company enforces a six-month probation period in Mexico, which is not compliant with local labor laws. While it offers decent benefits, it has a very poor work-life balance.

Employees are overloaded with work—to the point where over 90% of us continued working at home after office hours, and many even worked on weekends just to meet the strict “metrics” imposed. You constantly have to monitor your performance, as failing to meet targets is grounds for termination.
