Some amazing ICs. Great compensation while AI is hyped.
The new platform is buggy, sucks, and I hate developing it. Poor long-term planning by engineering management led to the new platform being bad. This resulted in a bad and ineffective engineering culture. Upper leadership did not take responsibility soon enough. Morale is bad. Work-life balance is bad. There have been some recent layoffs.
