Pros

With changes in our maternity/family leave policies, a new flex day policy, and more authentic and transparent communication with employees, C3 AI is making strides to improve the employee experience! The people remain the best part of C3, so it is nice to see leadership put in more effort to retain them.

Cons

C3 AI has a culture of hard work, which unfortunately for many (not all) leads to heavy burnout. For those experiencing burnout, leaving is often identified as the only solution because legitimate time off to reset is difficult to come by. Even off-hours are still on-hours for many.
