Forced going back to the office. Crazy micromanagement. Please, just trust your employees. No creativity for engineers because of too much interference from management.
Please consider making WFH an available choice, as many other companies are doing so. This is what intimidated many potential candidates from joining the company.
Many current employees would also appreciate this flexibility.
Trust engineers to do their job; stop micromanaging. Competitive engineers do not like to be told what to do. Please learn from Google and Amazon.
