Cons

No WLB - you are expected to "voluntarily" work more than 50 hours per week.

No WFH option - you need to work from the office every day, even during Covid, because the company is an "essential business".

High turnover rate - many people left during the last two years.

Poor management - every decision comes from the top.

Toxic culture - revenue is more important than employees.

Low-quality products and technologies.

Encourage employees to leave Glassdoor reviews.

Advice to Management

No, because they won't listen and change. They will have someone claim the review to be fraudulent and list the "facts".
