To ensure we are able to scale to fit the company’s ambitious vision, you need to consider the feelings and livelihoods of the very people who will make this a reality. Happy employees who feel supported by their company during a global pandemic (especially with external recruiters constantly hounding C3 employees for new opportunities) will stay productive, loyal, and passionate.
Many of us aren’t even asking for the option for full remote – just some flexible hybrid option (1-3 days a week) would be greatly appreciated. Please, listen to your employees.
