It has been mentioned many times before: the people working here and the team spirit are simply outstanding.
The large variety of projects and working on the latest technologies keep it very interesting and challenging.
For a startup company, C3IoT is actually well organized and structured, likely because the executive team is very experienced and involved in all aspects of the company.
Nice little additional perk is the office location/layout/design. It's simply one of the best and nicest offices I have seen, and having:
etc., just makes this a pleasant work experience.
Lunches are not just ordered but prepared onsite by great chefs/restaurants and are of very high quality.
No working from home. :(
Yes, we get more done by all being in the office, but working from home for a day or even just a portion of the day would help tremendously to either focus on certain tasks or to simply have flexibility to run errands like DMV or doctor's appointments.
Please ensure employees are recognized and feel appreciated for small and big achievements. After all, they make this company special.
The interview process was enjoyable and everything was super quick. I made it to the onsite with around 700 on the OA. They asked me two coding questions in the end. I didn't do well on the second one, so it makes sense why I got rejected.
Interview Process: What began as a fairly standard interview process quickly spiraled into an exhausting, opaque, and ultimately disheartening experience. Here's what I went through: * Hiring Manager Chat – Warm and engaging. Set a hopeful tone.
I only made it through the quick phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager. Both were polite, and they let me know their decision fairly quickly.
