The interview process was very smooth and streamlined. They were clear in setting expectations on what each round would cover.
The first round was a recruiter call (high-level overview of my experience). The second round was a hiring manager video interview (more behavioral, detailed into my experience). And a panel interview (focused on functional and cross-functional teammates, culture, and people leadership).
None of the interviews were very technical in nature for this role. After the panel round, I was rejected.
Questions were mostly conversational, digging into my management experience.
