Process
I submitted my resume to a friend working there.
I got a call from their recruiter, and the call went well. After that, I didn't hear from them again.
I sent a follow-up email after 1.5 weeks and received no response from their recruiter.
It was a truly disappointing experience because I am really impressed with their company. For whatever reason, companies should always provide feedback to their candidates on the status of their application, regardless of whether the candidate failed or if there are simply too many things to handle on their end.
