Junior Python Developer Interview Experience - Australia
Process
The first stage was a simple screening. It took place on Zoom with an HR representative. They sent an email to organize the meeting. It was a relaxed conversation, more like an overview of the next interview.
The second stage was a live coding session with a senior developer. The problems were simple Python exercises related to the practical work.
The final stage consisted of four interviews covering system design, infrastructure, coding, and other areas.
