Process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.I had 6 interviews in total:- Recruiter reaching out on LinkedIn with how smooth their interview process is and had a really positive call together.- Hiring manager interview that went excellent.- AI interview where you are asked to vibe code a solution for NP hard problem. I used a cheap model which didn't perform as well, and that hurt my score, which they only told me at the end of all rounds.- System Design interview that was relatively short, just 45 minutes.- Some leadership interview to review a todo list code and a release / migration plan.- Java coding interview (without AI) building a comments system.I was ghosted for a while after that. Then they said they were not sure and gave some feedback but without a clear rejection. I was very disappointed as I invested a lot of time in that interview process and still didn't get a clear reason for not getting an offer. It felt like they let candidates interview till the last stage then review all stages together to decide based on other candidates interviewing at the same time.

The people are great, and it feels like you're doing useful things for a good, growing company. The office is great, but they're also very accommodating with remote work (which is how I've mostly been). All the work I've done has been really engaging. It's been challenging but achievable, and everyone is always ready to help you when you run into a problem.Cons: Probably the biggest issue I've had is, since the company is growing so quickly, some teams have a lack of experience. Everyone is super smart, cream of the crop types, so getting work done and having the required skills isn't an issue. However, it sometimes feels like there's a bit of a lack of mentoring. The growth framework/pathway is also a bit disorganized/unclear. Like any big company, documentation is pretty fragmented and inconsistent.
