Process
The interview process involved a first round online test with a person from Canva.
This was followed by second and third rounds onsite. During these rounds, two individuals dressed in pyjamas asked random school-level questions. They implied the candidate was useless and suggested returning in six months.
When asked to be more practical given the candidate's 14 years of experience, they displayed an arrogant attitude, demanding a formula without any assistance from Google.
