Process
I applied online. The process took two weeks.
Interviews were overall good. It was good that the recruiter came back very quickly after the first two rounds. I felt that I did very well on some and not so well on others, yet the feedback for all steps was a no-hire at the senior level. I got the feeling that they were really picky, given the feedback. I was promoted to the team-finding step as Engineer 2 instead, but given the salary difference, I didn't proceed. I had a friend who had the same experience recently, so it seems like they give down-leveled offers quite often. It would have been good to get feedback in notes, but the recruiter would only give them over a phone call.
