Challenging Work, Great Engineers

Pros: I get to work with some of the best engineers I could hope for in my industry. The quality of work is rather high, and it keeps me feeling comfortably challenged.
Cons: There are honestly none that I wouldn’t reasonably expect to find elsewhere (in Australia, at least).
For the first time in my life, I have a job that isn’t a depressing drudge.
